Booking with these guys was easy enough, but the actual execution definitely needs some work. I’d consider using them again, but only if they tighten up a few business practices:
Communication: If you know a customer speaks English, please send a driver who can communicate with them. If my fiancé wasn’t Dominican and able to interpret for me, we would have been in a real spot.
Vehicle Accuracy: I was supposed to get a Jeep, but a smaller SUV showed up instead. I didn't bother swapping it because of where I was staying, but you should really send a photo of the actual vehicle the customer is getting ahead of time so there are no surprises.
Fuel Policy: The car should come with a full tank. I had to pay out of pocket to fill it up immediately after pickup, which isn’t a great way to start a rental.
Overall, the bones of a good business are there, but the "bait and switch" on the car size and the lack of gas were frustrating. Hoping to see some changes next time.Tennessean05/01/2026
Do not rent a car from these people!!
I rented a car (so I thought) 2 weeks before my trip and got a confirmation email saying that I was all set.
I confirmed verbally 3 days before the trip and was told that I was all set and someone would be waiting for me at the airport in Punta Cana.
The morning of my flight, I called again and someone told me that I would get a phone call back within 5 minutes. No one called back so I called again and was told that I would be getting an email within a few minutes.
Finally got the email telling me that my reservation was CANCELED.
These people are crooks.
Do not rent from them. Use the companies that are within walking distance from the Punta Cana airport which are national known companies.

Do not use this company if you do do not pay until you get the keys. I booked a car with them and paid online and when our driver went to pick up the car after an hour in the airport they canceled and said they give a refund but no money has come back all our plans have to change we some money on a villa in the city we have to loss a day because they are not reliable.
